Agood day at the Fair starts with the "Medica today". The official newspaper of the Medica guides visitors through the biggest medical trade fair in the world. The 20 halls of the Messe Dusseldorf are full to capacity, with 4,200 exhibitors, more than two thirds of them international, presenting innovative products and services covering all aspects of health care.

The Fair's newspaper will be distributed to visitors daily. As in previous years it will be produced by the publishers of the "Aerzte Zeitung", the only daily for medical professionals in Germany, who have a team present onsite at the Fair. And this year, for the first time, "Medica aktuell" is being published in German and English in parallel. Three professional translators are supporting the editorial team to make this possible.

"Medica aktuell" helps visitors find their way around the Fair. It provides daily updates from the halls, events and associated congress, as well as background reports on trends in the health service. In parallel to the printed edition, "Medica aktuell" is also available to anyone interested in the form of an e-paper on the Internet - from six o'clock in the morning, long before the Fair opens for the day.

This online edition is also useful for planning a tour of the Fair and selecting stands or events that you wish to visit. The "Medica aktuell" is easy to find on the Internet. One click on the mouse takes you directly to the newspaper www.aerztezeitung.de/medica/. The trade fair edition in its electronic form is even accessible without registering. The aim is to give readers a general impression of what an e-paper can offer. The daily e-paper edition of the "Aerzte Zeitung" is a service available exclusively to paid-up subscribers to the daily paper.
